Ethel may be a health nut, but you won't catch her lecturing team members about healthy eating or clients about proper flossing. She leads by example and knows that in the end, it's all about the results. In fact, she was one of the first hygienists in BC to use laser therapy in regular cleanings, and in her seven years with ODS she's delivered more than her fair share of life-changing results.

Danielle's the friend that always has something on the go. If the sun's shining, she'll drag you to BBQs, beaches, and baseball games. And when Danielle steps up to bat, whether it's on the ball field or at ODS, she's unbeatable. She shares Dr. Rahn's eye for details and won't settle for anything less than a homerun.

You can always rely on Lisa for a good wine recommendation and a good laugh. She's the one who keeps the office buzzing, making sure both the team and clients are entertained. But when it comes down to business, Lisa's on it like white on an ODS smile. She has a knack for looking at a situation from "the chair" and has new patients opening up to her every day.
